Can the plex server please get an update because I am unable to play certain files with this version.
I tested them with the new version and there was no problem there.

Hello sweetpuppy,

Plex may get updated with the next firmware update of the My Cloud Home device. There is no option to manually update the plex service on My Cloud home.
