I have an EX4 running Plex version 09146.1620. My Tiro devices no longer can connect to the flex server running on the EX4. Can I upgrade the version of Plex running on the device to see if that clears my issue? If so does anyone have a link to the upgrade instructions.

Probably, you can open the dashboard of your device and under the apps you will find plex and there you check for any available updates.
Thanks for the quick reply. I don’t get that option on my dashboard.
Pretty sure PLEX is in EOL. No more updates thus leaving it forever in broken state.
