Plex server not starting

Hi,
I’m having trouble starting using plex on mycloud.
I tried disable and enable the plex server, but then when i hit the configure button, the web page is not loading, or sending back an error when I once get the “claim” option.

Page is http://192.168.1.24:32400/web

Any ideas?
