Plex Constantly Dropping In And Out

I purchased a MyCloud Home and installed Plex via the My Cloud Home desktop app. For maybe a day or two it seemed to be working stably. However for the past few days it has randomly been dropping in and out, and I can only access it sporadically via either my laptop or the mobile app. I get various messages onscreen, telling me ‘Something went wrong, an unexpected error’ occurred, or that it cant connect or find my device on the network. Frankly, it’s as good as useless right now.

I know everything is set up and connected properly, my network connection is stable etc, its either a problem with Plex or the MyCloud device. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance!
