This type of features are not supported, perhaps, some of the other users can share their advice.
Ffmpeg is in installable. But java is not possible to compile on qemu. I have no success with java. Least I could achieve is gcj JRE but not enough to run most java apps.
The only way is to downgrade to firmware v3 to run java.
