I have the My Book Essential 2 TB. Everything was working fine for the year to year and a half that I had it. But suddenly starting a day ago, instead of reading the 2tb, it went to just showing 32 gb. I tried differnet things. I tried to defrag, and reformat, I tried some disk doctors and it went to no avail. I really do not know what to do beyond that. I am hoping that my drive is not just totally ruined. Can anyone offer any sound advice for me. I would be eternally grateful. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can offer.
