Please help password has appeared reset ineffective

please help me, the screen shown in the photo has started appearing. it will not allow typing in the username field and the password is not accepted. 4 second and 40 second resets have been ineffectual. I have tried logging in via the network account but still no joy.

Are you trying to use the WD My Cloud Desktop program?

The My Cloud Desktop program is no longer supported by WD (hasn’t been since 2016). A recent firmware update for the My Cloud broken the program and it no longer works. For remote access WD is suggesting people use the MyCloud.com web portal or the WD My Cloud mobile apps for iOS and Android.
