You can try restoring your drive using that 2TB virgin image:  http://community.wd.com/t5/WD-My-Cloud/Here-is-WD-My-Cloud-2TB-virgin-disk-image/td-p/637769

You essentially do the same thing as you did with the parititons, but instead you do it for the whole drive.
