Please help - mac cannot map My Cloud

Hi, I am getting quite desperate here. 3 years ago I bought My Cloud, connected it to my Mac and used it to backup my computer. Then I went to live abroad for to two years. Now I am trying to connect to My Cloud via both old and new MacBook and it just isn’t happening! I can’t access the server either, even though the Cloud has solid blue light and is connected to the same network as my computer. Please help!
