Please help! I do not know how to close my WD Passport SE's Drive Manager Status

I use WD Password Essential SE 1TB 3.0 USB.  I am trying to close/remove the drive manager status, because I hope I will uninstall WD SmartWare completely.  However, I do not know how to close the drive manager status.  Where is it?

The WDDM is a service located with all other services in services.msc

If you plan to uninstall smartware then just kill it with the task manager and proceed to uninstall the the list of programs.
