the system freeze when I update to 1.03, it stays at 0% for hours with message " Your HD Media Player is being upgraded Please DO NOT disconnect power or the attached storage" …so I turned it off and now it doesn’t work anymore, when I tried to put the USB with the firmware files back then the message appears again and stays on forever…please advise what to do…thanks
happened to me too. Unplug box for about 10 minutes. plug in usb drive with both files unzipped into the root directory. It should work. be patient.
