Please HELP! Can't create folders outside Public Folder on the Network area

Hello guys, I have My Cloud Home Duo 8TB kindly please help me how to create these folders as shown in the picture, now I only have Public folder and I can’t create other folders as in the picture.

Those are called shared folders.
I don’t have one of these devices, but look for a menu called Share and create a new one. That’s it
