Please help, cannot access MYCOUD on my pC

I have rebooted my Windows 10 PC and also RESTORED my WDMYCLOUD Drive.

What do you mean by, RESTORED my WDMYCLOUD? Did you shut it down, unplug it and then plug it back in for a reboot or did you just reboot it? Are you able to open the Dashboard?

Get My Cloud to show in Windows 10 File Explorer Network

Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me. Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect.
