Please help as its driving me crazy! Surely its simple

I have just purchased and setup a WD 2TB MyBook live. When setting up users I give them a password and send them an email. They log in with their name and they see the drive. BUT HERE IS THE PROBLEM - When they select my drive it prompts them for a “Network Drive Password”… I remember setting the network password up but want to remove or at least change it… How can I remove or change it??? I tried doing the paperclip reset while power on to reset password but to no avail… PLease anyone help…

You set up some local users in the MBL setup, right?

For example your Windows User/Password as an administrator I guess or with read/write permissions (I believe you added the same user/pass as it is in Windows so you can have full access to the drive every time you are logged in to windows)

So, when you’re accessing MBL via wd2go.com first you have to type mail/password set up into the remote access section, after that you’ll see your MBL and when you’ll try to access it you have to type your password from the windows user.
