Hi if you look here near the bottom of the page it give’s you the contact for Vietnam you can ask them. I think it is better to contact WD support by email or by Phone. Please do not post your email address here as there are people who would use it for bad things.

Hi all,

Currently, I’m using HDD AVGP. in the process of using it have failed. I checked the serial online, “in limited warranty” in Vietnam. I know it is replaced at the place where I’m living, as well as all the WD warranty Center Asia Pacific. But, WD employees here are not accept. They deny the right to replace the product with the reason: my HDD not sold through distributors in Vietnam. Please, Help me.
