This is a good suggestion. As soon as I see an FAQ post I will increase visibility for it.
Excellent suggestion. If WD fears liability given that the answers posted might make a problem worse or “crash” the device… call it the → My Cloud “Unofficial” FAQ… but please pin something to the top of the forum to guide those with recurring questions.
FAQs would be very useful, for both mods and users.
