I have the My Cloud showing up in the Videos and Photos on my Playstaiton 3 screen however I’m not able to see any of the actual content. Why could this be?

Does the DLNA player on your computer see it? Open “my PC”, the WDMycloud icon there is pointing at the NAS DLNA server. You should see the same behavior between the PS3 and the PC from that point of view.
