Playlist not working

I create a  music playlist on Windows Media Player, and save it. Then I copy it to the playlist section on my USB drive (which is attached to WDTV Live). When I try to play the playlist, msg sez "This folder has no media contents).

The instruction manual tells me to use Winamp or iTunes to create a playlist, but doesn’t say how to get WD TV live to recognize it!!

This sounds like a permissions issue.  Have you search the rest of the forum about this? I’d give it a try. You can also contact WD’s Technical Support by phone or email.
