Playing video goe out of sync

While playing video (movies) through Cyberlink power DvD 12 the voices fall out of sync has anybody experience this problem if so do you know the problem or solution

Hello mate,

I don’t think is a drive problem, but if possible play the file directly from your computer just to make sure, also test with a  different player.
