Playing MP4 audio is out of sync

Just purchased yesterday. When I start to play an MP4 file it will start and a few minutes the video will freeze and audio keeps going. Also if you pause and try to play again the audio will be more then 10 seconds behind. If you try to fast forward  and hit pay it will just end up at the end of the video.

Tried to look online first but found old posts not related to this device but older devices.

See if you have the latest firmware update installed (1.01.27).
