I tried to play a lot of DVD on WD TV Live. DVDs shared in network via TwonkyMedia UPnP/DLNA server, version 5.1.3. All works, but when your player goes to the next .VOB file it makes a drop (pause/black screen) for 4-5 seconds, resets settings in Options menu (like is audio track, subtitles, zoom & etc.) and shows time only of current .VOB file (not for movie at all).
It’s very inconvenient, because I should set zoom and audio track every ~30 minutes (after changing each .VOB file)!
The same DVDs shared via Windows sharing or Linux Samba works flawlessly - like is alone movie (no drops/pauses, no resets of options settings and I can see total movie length).
You may say that problem in TwonkyMedia server, but the same DVDs plays fine on QNAP NMP-1000 player from the same TwonkyMedia server v. 5.1.3!
