Playback/USB bugs on the Live Plus?

I’m seeing repeatable behavior on my Live Plus in regards to the USB connection and playback.

  1. On boot-up, the Plus doesn’t always recognize my locally connected 1TB WD portable drive. The USB light just flashes. The fix is to unplug the drive, plug it back in and restart the Plus.

  2. I have multiple file types on my drive (DVD ISO, M2TS and MKV). Frequently, when I select an M2TS or MKV file (created witn Handbrake) on initial boot-up, I get a file not supported error message. If I then select the ISO file, it will play. The fix is to go all the way back to the main menu and drill down to the local drive a second time. Then the M2TS and MKV files will play fine. After the files are recognized, everything will play fine as long as the Plus is not powered down. This doesn’t happen all the time, but I can’t discern a pattern when it does.

Anyone else seeing these issues?

Is there a running list of known bugs being created that we can give to the WD developers so they can be addressed in the next firmware update?

Thanks.
