When I play movies via PLEX media server both the MKV and MP4 (m4v) play just fine and the file names are properly displayed. When I use the WD media server, all of the files have the same name. One of the files was heavily pixelated and since the files all have the same name (stereo.mp4). I have no idea which on was funky. What’s happening?

I have the latest - MyCloud OS5.
The files (.m4v) either don’t appear or just show the audio “format”, as in stereo.m4v or mono.m4v
The OS5 apps have been pretty poor. I’d stick with plex or kodi.
sad thing is, the WD app is easier to find files.
