Plantage mycloud suite utilisation usb backup

Bonjour, j ai une problème récurent, souhaitant faire une sauvegarde du contenu d un mycloud 1gen avec app usb backup nas-usb il plante lors de la sauvegarde. Problème de fichiers corrompus.
Y a t il une méthode via ssh de vérifier les fichiers en amont. Ou une app specifique genre rsync à distance pour sauvegarde. Merci

Are you using the My Cloud Dashboard Safepoint backup feature or some other program to perform the backup from the My Cloud to a USB hard drive attached to the My Cloud’s USB port. If some other program, what is the program or application? Is there a specific error message generated when the backup fails?

The following WD Knowledge Base Article may have additional suggestions including using SSH to scan the My Cloud hard drive.

If you are using OS5 then see the OS5 subforum for your My Cloud model since this subforum deals with the older OS3 firmware which is no longer being supported by WD.
