It seems i'm unable to private message you because i'm still at trust level 0 with the forum. I just created an account because i saw this topic and orderd my pidrive yesterday evening.
I got a reply back from the ticket i made. It seems they can't help me because i had made the ticket with tech support and not with the support for the store itselve. This really is not clear at all when navigating the site. i did not make a new ticket yet for the store, since i contacted you.
I indeed want a tracking number but i also like to be able to login using my account (if any exists) so i can see the order i had placed in case i need it in the future dealing with warranty. Not that i suspect that i'd need it but better safe than sorry.
Can you do anything about the private messaging ? or can i contact you in another way. I know the forum probably will give the basic user right (to be able to send pm's) if i post a little but don't really want to start posting messages just to be able to private message.
