(pic) network profile status says "no internet access"

my cloud network profile status says “no internet access” but I’m using the internet to access it. How do i fix this?

Static IP in use as I can see. Have you set the IP address for Gateway and DNS-Server(s) correct?

Gateway normally is the IP address of your router,
Primary DNS again your router,
Secondary DNS your provider or Google-DNS 8.8.8.8
