Hi, does anybody have an answer as to why both my tablets freeze during photo scrolling from my cloud, whilst all computers are perfectly fine and scroll through entire libraries with out any problems ? suspect it may be an app problem.
More information is needed. What OS are the tablets? IOS or Android or other? Are you using the My Cloud app? How is the app accessing the My Cloud? Using WiFi or cellular? Is the app accessing a local network My Cloud or a remote My Cloud?
There is a specific subforum for the mobile app where there may be additional discussion similar to your issue. One can search that subforum using the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right).
