Photos backup - mixed photos, blurry photos. Really really annoying

Just bought a Myhome Cloud to remove Google Photos / iCloud photo backup.

• 1. I noticed is that lots of my photos are just blurry in the web interface. If I download it, it’s fine but the purpose of the web interface would better if we could see our gallery a bit like Google photos is doing or Synology alternatively.
• 2. MIXED PHOTOS! (this is a big problem). I started to upload 2 To worth of work documents, images, ressources, etc in a work folder. My understanding would be that “Photos” backup in the web interface would only be from my Camera roll from my phone. And not ALL my photos. I’m a graphic designer so you can imagine how much images I have from my 10 years of freelance being absolutely mixed up with all my camera roll. The problem is that all this content is being MIXED UP with all my photos from my phone. This is something really annoying and I hope there is something I can do

Basically I’m thinking about returning this device, theses annoyances are pretty big for me but if you have any fixes, i’d be glad to hear

Yeah the Synology was out of stock, that was my primary choice. I saw Mycloud Home, then I thought I’d give a try especially as I have 15 days to retract if I’m not pleased. The experience so far was really bad.
