Performance - Slow Copy

Hi everybody, I have a Lan router Cisco E3000 and MyCloud 3TB attached directly in a 1Gb Port and also a Laptop with a 75Mb Wireless-N connection, but I only get 110kb/s copying files between laptop and mycloud.

Is there any configuration that I could try to get a better copy performance??, pls help!!!

Do you access the NAS through Windows/SMB shares?

The first test to do is to compare the NAs performance to another computer to computer performance. You want to make sure you are troubleshooting the NAS vs. some networking or computer performance.
