PDF files will not scroll or pinch to zoom

as the topic suggests , since the last update i can no longer scroll .pdf files or pinch to zoom into the pdf file on the android app , pdf files accessed via samsung files behave normally as do they on the pc app/website just not on the android app, any suggestions ?

Hi mate

No I don’t, tech support say its intentional and that’s how it works , I have said it used to work fine before this update, ii would email them , they trying to fob me off I think :thinking:

I have report this shortcomings or error. It must be an error I think because desktop app has all functionalities like scroll and zoom.
So it’s up to WD to solve this for Android soon.

I started a case they say the app is operating as it should, to just preview pdf files a third party app required to view pdf properly. I have told them it worked fine up to this update but they just fob you off saying they will request the feature in future updates!

PDF pinch zoom and scroll works fine with MCH android app 4.19.0.1954 and Android 8, 9, 10. Perhaps try a different version of MCH android or android OS.

Had an email from WD support saying an updated version of the wd mycloud home app is due out in the next couple of days that should address the issue they said was originally not an issue , make of that what you will
