Hi Everyone- first time poster
I have a MyCloud EX2 Ultra plugged into a Spectrum Cable router. The router puts out both a 2G and 5G wifi signal. When trying to access the NAS from a different Windows 10 PC in the house it will only recognize the NAS when the PC is on the 2G network, not the 5G. I’ve tried to find associated settings to change in both the router and the MyCloud but can’t find anything.
Any ideas from someone that may have a similar config? All help is appreciated!!
