PC mycloud site can't find MBL files

When I log into mycloud.com in my home network, it says it can’t connect to my MyBookLiveDuo. Following the debug procedure (accepting the security certificate), the message I get is “this site can’t be reached. mybookliveduo.device98XXXX.wd2go.com took too long to respond”. Pinging the address times out, as well, as does pinging the DNS for wd2go, the “awdns2” address that whois lists.
