Trying to install an SN770 NVME SSD onto an MSI B450 Tomahawk mobo.
After install I just get a black screen, no BIOS, nothing, the debug led for VGA lights up on the motherboard and just hangs. Uninstall the SSD and it boots up just fine.
I checked pcpartpicker for compatibility issues and nothing indicated other than SATA 5 & 6 not working but I don’t use those 2 slots anyway.
I’ve also switched slots for my GPU but nothing changed.
Is it possible the card is DOA? I got it from amazon and pretty sure it was thrown onto my porch for delivery.
