Pc does not see MyCloud Target

My Samsung Win7 laptop with Smartware does not see target. I tried upgrading to Pro no luck.
My new Asus Win 10 laptop i was able to upgrade without activation code. It sees My cloud. What am i doing wrong. I need to do a back up of the Samsung

You might add your MyCloud IP address and name to the Windows hosts files on all of your MS systems within your local net. It is located in Windows\system32\drivers\etc.
