ok this is my problem. i typed my password 5 times wrong and now i cannot type my password again. i know my password but i cannot type it. i did everything what is said there to turn off the device and wait for 30 seconds in plug it in the computer but it don’t work. any ideas? 
Unplug both the power and USB cable reboot and reconnect and see if that helps.
