Password works, files don't show

I hook up my 2tb My Book. Unlock comes up, it asks for the password, put in my password and it just keeps searching for the files. They never come up.

Any ideas what could be wrong? I’ve never cracked one of these open before. So I don’t know what could be out of wack.

If the thing was nuked, would the Unlock program run?

When your hard drive is locked you can not even see the drive in Windows Explorer. Since you can see the drive it sounds like a slow connection. Did you try replacing the USB cable and another computer?
