Hi

When resetting my password, I get the e-mail with temp password, when I enter temp password and new password I’m getting the same error:

INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7

Can you reactivate my account.

*** easiest fix was to call them … Took less than five minutes longest part was getting an operator

I have the same problem after not using the WD login detail excepts my email address. when go to forgot password. sends a temporary password when i attempt to use it i get:

Tried “Forgot my password” and ended up with “INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7”.Can someone please reactivate my account? I have to return a WD Passport for Mac that failed within 1 month of use. Cannot do that without logging in to my support page. My email: tamal_hoque@hotmail.com
