Password reset not working inactive account

Hi there!

I hope a Supportmember reads this !

INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7

So i orderer new HDD’s from Amazon which i wanted to register and to be sure that they weren’t OEM drives ,so please reactivate my account !

I also wrote the support 2 weeks ago cvia email ,but no response yet…
Using the same email as i registered it ,here on this forum .
