Password not accept

I need help. Two days ago My Passport Essential 320GB not accept my password. I’m the only person who knows the password and I’m sure it wasn’t changed. I know I can reset the drive but their files are very important.

Unfortunately, the software does not have a “forgot password” button and is really hard to recover data from a locked drive, however, I would recommend you as a last resort try a different computer and update the WD Smartware to the latest version, again is not guaranteed this will work but i understand how important it must be for you to recover the data from this drive.

I had already tested on other computers, but I’ll try updating the software.
