I have a lose connection on my drive. sent it to WD and because I sent it the wrong way they sent it back not fixed and void of warranty. I had just bought the drive and never used it because of the loose cable connection. I have tried WD products in the past and have always had poor quality and lack of good service. Never will used WD products again.

Yeah, just sending it with a broken port like that will get it sent back to you.  Did you talk to support about it at all?  How did it get broken?
