Help!
I’m trying to retrieve files from my passport external drive. I’m using Windows XP.
I plug Passport in and all that comes up is a prompt to unlock my drive. I do that and nothing else happens. No prompts to extract files.
Tried:
* Updated all Window updates
* Updated Firmware
* Windows .NET Framework Download
* Tried to update WD Software (getting run time error .NET)
I can click on My Computer and clicl on passport and see all of the files.
This is so frustrating. Please help!
