Passport USB 3.0 1TB: Fast Blinking light

I’ve plugged this drive into every computer I can get my hands on and it just blinks really fast and that’s it.

It shows up as an Unknown Drive in Disk Management, but it will not allow me to do anything with it.

Please help!

Are you using the cable that came with your Passport or a longer one? It will not work fine with a longer cable.
