Passport Ultra Problems

It was detected my computer, but everything moves very slowly when connected.  I tried using the diagnostics but everything is failing.  I also tried erasing everything but diagnostics will not erase the harddrive either. I tried several tips provided in this board, but nothing is working for me. Desperately need help.   Thank you.

Have you tried connecting the drive to another computer? Have you tried using a different cable? What error message you get? What diagnostic tool are you using?

Got a new computer and I’m using Windows 10. It shows that I can disconnect but it doesn’t show anywhere else. Help please for my next steps please.
