Passport Ultra Not Showing

My Passport Ultra is not showing under ‘My Computer’ when connected to a newly rebuild Alienware Aurora R4. 

It shows up under device manager but not in Disk Management. 

The disk is not corrupt as it works perfectly in all other computers. 

I have tried changing the path of each internal harddrive in the computer to see if that was blocking it but that hasnt helped either.  When setting a password onto the drive on another computer and putting it into the Alienware it shows the unlock disk but shows an  error message when trying to open. 

Any ideas? 

Make sure all of your USB drivers are up to date. Don’t connect thru a hub or use a cable longer than one supplied.
