Hi, I am a photographer and recently (within the last month) purchased a WD My Passport Ultra 1tb drive.
I am trying to access some files and it will not let me look at them. As soon as I open the folder containing them it freezes and will not let me do any work in it.
I had a similar issue earlier this month but that worked out once I separated them into separate folders.
I’m trying to do the same here but it freezes before I can even do that.
Also, if I do get it to start to transfer it freezes there as well. I’m at my wits end as I’m trying to upload photos for a client right now.
I ran the diagnostics test that they recommend to people on here and this is what it said to me.
