Passport Ultra 2TB does not work on Windows IoT for Raspberry Pi2

Have latest firmware 3.2.5.1. Works on any other computer. I’m using 12W adapter and have set max_usb_current=1 in config.txt. Drive spins fine up but is not recognized. At the same time, all other usb storage devices (flash drives) also dissapear.

devcon status *
Shows several entries like this:
ACPI\BCM2850\0
The device has the following problem: 28
Problem status: 0xC0000490

Code 28: The drivers for this device are not installed.
Seems the Ultra trashes the usb controller\driver\Windows, probably because of SES.

Is there a way to remove SES? Going to try to flash the non-Ultra firmware on it, but imagine it wont work.

At the time of this post there are no official drivers available for the described environment. Flashing the firmware for another device will likely result in a dead unit.
