My passport studio stopped mounting on My Mac )SX ++. Any idea of how I might attack the problem.
On USB or firewire? And did you look for it on disk utility?
It is on firewire. Disk utility will see it but won’t perform scan. Gives error message. WD software oes the same thin fails 2 of thhe three scans.
I would run Disk Warrior on the drive if you have it. I’d also try plugging it in with USB.
