Passport problems can someone help

I have a Passport WD2500ME recently I backed up a netbook with 15gb now when i plug my passport it reads 15gb instead of 250gb some how i lost 235b can anyone help. I formatted but still says 15gb

If you access Disk Management do you see any unallocated space?
