Passport Pro Wireless new unit

Unable to get unit recognised/connected. WiFi led blinks for 20/30 secs then all blue lights fast blink. WiFi led never gets solid. Does not show up on wireless a valuable connect.
Tried the 2 button .“reset” with no change.
Any clues please.

Eventually got from Warranty Support the RMA paperwork and insrtuctions to ship DOA unit to HQ in Vietnam. Sent a month ago and apparently lost in transit. Why no Support in Auztralia?
Is sending to WDC in Vietnam usual?

In Australia, Consumer law states seller is responsible for warranty. If you have problems within the warranty period (in Oz) you take the unit back where you bought it and let them have the hassles.
