Passport not recognize by Windows

Hi,

My Passport is not recognize by Windows or other recupertaion program.

When I read a sector with dskprobe the program return Invalid Sector Number.

Have you a solution?

How is the drive showing on disk management?

Have you tried using the WD DLG tool.
